Citibank Mortgage department,

Home equity loan or line of credit Loan servicing, payments, escrow account New Jersey

Citibank unilaterally changed the terms of my home equity loan. The bank stated that I could not use the line of credit to withdraw any money for the last several years. I believe this to be a breach of contract.
