Discover Credit card department,
In -, 2015, I began corresponding with Discover card services, through their online messaging center, about rebates I did not get for products purchased through their site forwarded to - to get the rebate promised by Discover. I followed all of their protocols and there is NO way for a consumer to know if the rebates were paid for any specific item. There was a list of at least - items I did not receive a rebate for. After my thoroughly documenting all the purchases, dates, numbers etc., they are still contesting many of them, and others they said 'were paid ' but I have no way of knowing what item it was. I feel they are not paying on the rebates legitimately earned.
