Payday loan Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt resulted from identity theft West Virginia

There is a number that keeps calling me and my family members requesting I call them with a claim number ( - ). I have called them back twice. The first time I called they answered the phone " legal department '' the second time I called they said " mediation department ''. They claim I owe debits to a payday loan company from several years ago. I have never done business with any of the companies they claim I owe. The stated if I did not pay the " settlement '' then legal action will be taken against me. They could not provide further informaton about the loan in question. I do not owe this debt and they continue to call me and my family members. I can not get them to stop. They do have my personal information. When I asked them the name of company they work for I was told it was - - out of - Maryland I do not know how to get them to stop and protect my information.
