Title loan Can't contact lender New Jersey

ShellPoint Mortgage Servicing Company is not replying or reissuing a second lien release that they said would be edited for aproperty sell to happen. They were advised regarding and said they would forward to investors to have edits done, so, we could move to close. This was in-. 2015. We had to cancel closing the day before ( twice this has happened because of them ) It took over two months to get this lien release in the firstplace. The seller attorneys office has contacted Shellpoint on numerous occasions to get status updates or timeline for new letter. They have failed toprovide any information. This is bad business practice on # Shellpoints part. # Shellpoint is not practicing good consumer business or relations. They are notworking to try and ensure they get any money or that both groups receive some level of compensation versus zero if foreclosure happens. # Shellpoint ispurposely prolonging this process and has negatively impacted this situation that could help both - lien holder and allow - lien holder ( Shellpoint ) torecover something, the seller to get relief, and me the buyer ' to have an affordable home. No one is holding # Shellpoint to a higher level of consumerrelations ( to be respectful, to be professional, and be honest and upfront ).
