Shellpoint Partners, LLC Consumer loan can't contact lender November 9, 2015 - ShellPoint Mortgage Servicing Company is not replying or reissuing a second lien release that they said would be edited for aproperty sell to happen. They were advised regarding and said they would forward to investors to have edits done, so, we could move to close. This was in-. 2015. We had to cancel closing the day before ( twice this has happened because of them ) It took over two months to get this lien release in the firstplace. The seller attorneys office has contacted Shellpoint on numerous occasions to get status updates or timeline for new letter. They have failed toprovide any in... |
