Loan date was extended without authorization or explanation. Amount required to satisfy loan has been paid according to contract originally signed. A loan was originally acquired with Spotloan on - -, 2015 for $400.00. Total amount to be paid is $1000.00. A payment was returned on - -, 2015 for insufficient payment. I received an email noting that $10.00 would be added to my loan amount. This would bring the total to $1000.00. There were several emails with a - '' as to what I would need to do to bring my account current. I asked if I needed to make a double payment to make up for the situation. It was never explained that an extra charge of $170.00 in interest would be applied. My contract states that my loan termination date was to be - -, 2015. An additional payment of $58.00 was drafted from my checking account on - -, 2015 and my account still shows a balance of $110.00. They have been intentionally deceitful about their business practices and have been placed on a dispute list for - - account.
