DriveTime Consumer loan department,
Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay North Carolina
I purchased a vehicle from drivetime. In - I could no longer pay for the vehicle. I voluntarly gave them the address in - where the vehicle was located. They picked the vehicle up shortly afterwards. They have it listed on my credit report as involuntary repossesion. They are falsely reporting information on my credit report. There is no way they could have known where the car was located unless i told them. Reason being my son was driving it down at school at -. My address and address on my loan application is for - NC. When I told them where the vehicle was my son removed his belongings from the car. I spoke with a gentlemen today - - at Drivetime finance he read in the notes it was voluntary. As soon as I informed him that it was listed on my report as involuntary he quickly changed his story.
