Have online account with Discover Bank. Logged in -/-/15 @ - - to transfer $20000.00 to my liked account at - - -. Today is -/-/15 at - - and funds are still not at -. Contacted discover and spoke with supervisors who only could tell me funds were sent on -/-/15 at -. He assumes all times are EST. Have called the Federal Reserve in - ( - ) and they can not help. Called - and spoke with - - who stated should not take more than 2 days, but could not offer any help. Called Fed Reserve ACH center in - and was advised they did not communicate with individuals-only banks. Have emailed complaint to discover with no help.
