I am victim of Identity Theft By my former Mortgage Company who now has Reorganized, but under their new Organization has filed Bankruptcy but has been given the privilege to Reorganize for a third time. Throughout their reorganization process My family and I have suffered tremendously with little help and comfort for our loss for local, from federal and our Government agencies. Why are n't the laws catered to the American individual. The right to sue big business and corporations for their illegal practices and financial damages. I note us as individuals and families that owns our homes and yes once upon a time held great creditable reputations until a criminal or civil act has been committed against us and continues to happens but goes unpunished at the lowest level what are we to do?
