The ONLY reason why I have not received an approval on my numerous Loan Modification requests with Carrington is because their attorney, - - told Judge - that Carrington had denied my Loan Modification request and Judge - DID NOT ASK Attorney - to show proof. That same day, I took an e-mail that I had received from Carrington dated - -, - saying that Carrington had a complete package and that they were ready to send my file to Underwriting but Judge - did not allow me to show my written evidence. This evil combination of an Attorney 's lie and the unprofessional behavior of the Judge has caused my - years old mom to be homeless. She is at the Hospital now as a result of seeing a group of people taking our belonging out of our home unexpectatly! They did not show us a Court Order. My attorney went to Court many weeks ago when we found a - hour eviction Notice on our door but it was for the front unit ( - ) where tenants were living rent free. This property is a Duplex and we used to


My mom and I have a Stay signed by Judge - on - - clearly saying that we could stay in our home until the results of the Appeal, which by the way, I had to pay an Appeal Attorney because I was not given an evidentiary hearing in the Objection to Sale that my attorney filed! This whole case has been a living proof that the TRUTH does not prevail. At the present time, I do not know where my father heard that he was bringing me to USA because Justice existed here. I really want a miracle to happen because only a miracle can. I hope Consumer Protection will be the miracle. I do not think that my mom 's weak heart and her emotional state will heal. We are both damaged for life after six years of suffering. It has been an illegal thing after another but the worst part is that the people doing the illegal and inhuman behaviors are Servicers that are supposed to look for the benefit of their clients, the Lenders. I am in shock to hear Attorney - lying and Judges not following the Law. After many years of representing myself because I thought this country was about " Justice for all '' and repeating that the Truth will prevail, I do not know that to think anymore. I am hoping that you could help us, especially for my mom 's sake and for having a place to celebrate -. I am a - with many years of experience and with a great job helping people learn English and Life Skills. I have savings. I am a USA Citizen. I do not have a criminal record and I lived in my house since -. given a - and when CarringtonCarrington NEVER sent my file to be underwritten and they had plenty of time to do so. I am enclosing a document for each of my TRUE Statements and I want Carrington to do the same. NO MORE LIES PLEASE! I know that carrington will make believe that they were trying to process my file but they TOOK over a year without giving me an answer or dubmitting the file. They will use excuses that can be proven wrong and that is what I am hoping for.
