The collection agency leaves personal information about this debt and threatens to file legal action against this person. When I called to ask them to stop, they refused to provide any information, including the address to which to mail a cease and desist letter. I obtained the address information from a reverse phone number search. The phone calls are approaching the level of harassment. They come at all times of the day/evening.
