BB&T Financial Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low North Carolina

I have never opted in to any fee agreement with my bank, Branch Bank & trust. I have opted out of their fee agreement on several occasions, most recently the - of -. The previous times with their customer service dept. over the phone and fees were refunded. They have again illegally charged my personal account $72.00 in overdraft fees and have refused any refund. These fees are illegal according to the Overdraft Protection Law. This is not first time this has happened. I contacted BBT and they said I was opted in, how convenient for them. I have never nor would I ever opt into a fee agreement. I believe it is BBT that has changed my opt out to suit their needs. My goal is to recover my lost fees and you to investigate BBT for illegal practices. Thank you
