Conventional fixed mortgage Settlement process and costs Alabama

I requested my payoff on my mortgage with Seterus inc . They will not give me the payoff on my loan. I told them I had sold my house and needed it. They said it would 48 hrs then next time I called them they said it would take 7-10 days. Then I called them again told them it was urgent and needed my payoff and that I was closing in 2 days. They told me this time it would take 3-5 days. I am having a very hard time just getting my payoff.
