We are currently in the process of a short sale. Unfortunately the lender 's inspector is making regular visits to our home and has stolen - items from the home and continue to damage the property. Initially the locks were destroyed and now the garage door has been destroyed. It appears this individual is deliberately trying to further destroy our property every time we file a complaint about the damage to the property. The new buyer should not have to be responsible for repairing these damages because they were not there when she viewed the home and made an offer on the home. Every week we find some damage done inside of the home and the inspector is the only one with a key, besides my husband. This needs to stop!!!!
