Non-federal student loan Improper contact or sharing of info Talked to a third party about my debt Virginia

Navient has been calling me multiple times a day about my Personal Loans. I am behind on payments. They have also been calling my in-laws and leaving messages on their machine about my debt and that I need to call to get it settled. Their number is not on my account, only my c ell phone number is. I also do not have any cosigners on my loans. There is no reason for them to be calling my in-laws to get in touch with me or to discuss my debt. That is my personal business that I did not want to share with them.
