Navient consumers have reported over 64 official complaints related to Talked to a third party about my debt. Out of the 64 consumer complaints against Navient, 27% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Navient responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 2% of consumer complaints against Navient resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 6% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

I am behind on payments. They have also been calling my in-laws and leaving messages on their machine about my debt and that I need to call to get it settled.
