Sears - - - - keeps advertising Appliance Discounts as much as - or 40-50 % off if you use THE CARD '' It does not say SEARS Credit Card, it simply says The Card ''. Sears also has a Save with Sears points card that we have. Purchases at Sears or - count and add up over time to spendable currency. We went to our - Sears - here in -, West Virginia. Immediately I asked if I could use my discount card and the awnser was NO. We had to have a Sears Credit Card. We applied and were DENIED. I am - and bring home a little over - a year, my Husband is a - - for the - he brings home a little over - after 21 years.


IS IT NOT DECEPTIVE to simply keep saying WITH USE OF THE CARD '' which could be your points card, a Visa, MasterCard Etc, but repeatedly with every item, it states with use of the CARD ''. No where does it define The Card '' as a Sears Revolving Credit Card ''. We get these hand bills over and over and over and over its the same language. I ask that you site them for DECEPTIVE and False Advertising as they should be saying with the USE OF A SEARS Credit Card Only ''. Its humiliating to apply in a public place, declined and told well sorry thats the only way you can get it for that price. The Public should be informed and provided with directions on how to apply from home so they can be spared the humiliation of being turned down at a cash registered where other customers not only here that your turned down but all your PRIVATE Information, such as Social Security numbers, Dates of birth and Income, Employer etc.
