Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay New Jersey
I have taking a loan with Ally financial inc. who I believe are violating my - rights. They recently repoed my vehicle again. Every month I get my - check on the -. I have repeatedly asked to move my due date to that date so I will not get late fees. They refuse because I 'm over due on my balance. My husband has FMLA with his employer so when he misses work to help me because i am a recovering - - patient he loses pay when he calls off. Ally harasses me by phone, they have already been sued for racial discrimination case with the interest rate. I do not recommend this company to anybody. I feel they are taking advantage of me because of my - and continue to charge me late fees instead of moving my due date to my pay date so I can be on time. Please help
