Dear Investigating officerFollowing up on my phone conversation with your agent, I am filling a complaint against Wells Fargo in regards to my car loan. The statement I receive from them does not include how my payment is being applied between the principal and the interest, and any fees if applicable. I have reached out to them to request a more detailed statement, and was advised that they can not send any different statement that the one I currently receive with the limited information. I believe that such operations are not only unethical but break the law, more precisely, the Act of 2009, signed into law by President - Obama - Public Law - - the Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act of 2009.
