Discover Credit card department,
Discover Card has acknowledged that accounts ending in - and - were closed due to identity theft - FRAUD -, but had continue to charge me for - purchases - ( $600.00, $1400.00, $3800.00 -. Although I told them these were non receipt items, they insisted it was fraud and treated it with the Fraud Department. It should have remained in disputes. Regardless, the disputes exceeded the allowance of 45 days which then should become permanent. However you will see it took them several months with the investigation and there was no correspondence between the initial credit until they decided ( WITHOUT PROVIDING EVIDENCE ) that these transactions were valid.
