I 'M WRITING THIS COMPLAINT TO DRAW BANKER ATTENTION TO A DISTURBING INCIDENT THAT I PERSONALLY E-PERIENCED WITH YOUR BANK. I 'M STRUGGLING TO FIND A SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM AND I 'M LEFT WITH NO OPTION BUT TO RAISE THE MATTER TO A HIGHER AUTHORITY. My complaint of Discrimination includes the following :. On -/-/- thru -/-/- i send 5 or 6 times the letters and police report to claim department banker - and they was helping me no very well treat me like delinquent every time i go to the bank wells Fargo doing my effort and be cooperative to solution ate this issue. On -/-/- they honored me all the fraud purchases that this individual did, were i believe they believe on me by honoring claims. except the $1200.00 from claim - account ending -.


experienced of this matter of been cooperative and doing what they told me to do by going to the branch personally and ask the banker for video tape, by the time individuals withdrawals the $1200.00. were does not make sentence why denied if they honored me the others claims from the dates i was out of state were i know is different department and different policy but still, is the same bank and they committed with the same card. In the process of the investigation of the claims, i was constantly in communication with the bank asking them if they need some other information of my time i was n't in state but they said that was OK with the information i already give them and the others evidence from the claims - of the same card was honored.On -/-/- i was ask to go to the branch to see who did the withdrawal because they was keep saying that was me then one of my family, then some friend etc, putting stories causing harm when they knew that was a lie of them saying i was in town and making stories causing harm and financial lost by defaming my reputation.In short, I am being subjected to disparate treatment and a hostile bank consumer based upon illegal factors such as my race and sex orientation and possible financial conditions by - - treated abusive, offensive, at the first moment when i ask him for help make me feel unwelcome, insulting gestures, and to deny a right benefit on the basis of an actual and perceived prohibited ground of discrimination as outlined in the Human Rights Act, -/-/-.In short, I am being subjected to disparate treatment and a hostile bank consumer based upon illegal factors such as my race and sex orientation and possible financial conditions by - - treated abusive, offensive, at the first moment when i ask him for help make me feel unwelcome, insulting gestures, and to deny a right benefit on the basis of an actual and perceived prohibited ground of discrimination as outlined in the Human Rights Act, -/-/-. This is the final letter i will send to your office before being represented by counsel in the above referenced matter, reviewing the complaint of Discrimination drawing you the unfair and disturbing situation i experienced in your bank, giving to you the last chance to satisfying my problem of the situation before a process this final letter to my attorney so the appropriate actions can be taken. AND RESOLUTIONS DENIED CLAIM OF - UNFAIRLY, EVEN WHEN I WAS COOPERATIVE WITH THEM TO GO OVER THE BRANCH TO SEE WHO WAS THE PERSON WHO COMMIT THIS FRAUD WHEN THEY DENIED THE RIGHT WHO RESOLUTION DEPARTMENTS SEND ME TO CLARIFY THE ERROR OF MY CLAIM DENIED UNFAIRLY AND E-PERIENCED BRANCH BANKER DISCRIMINATION
