Seterus Mortgage department,

Conventional fixed mortgage Credit decision / Underwriting Arizona

Seterus did my yearly Escrow Analysis on my mortgage on -/-/15 and am entitled to a refund of $1000.00. According to the Statement I received that refund was to be sent to me within 30 days. I have contacted them 3 times about the status of my refund and they lie to me, giving a specific week that they never meet and giving excuses. This is my money and they have no right to hold on to it. There must be some kind of law that they are breaking and I feel that they should be punished.
