Discover Credit card department,
In the year of 2013, I recieved a discover card. A car was rented on this card and it exceeded the balance of the card which was -. I gave no consent to allow this charge and yet I was charged with it. Now on my credit report it states that I went over my limit 150 %. I am disputing the charges with the rental car company. I feel that discover hurt me more than helping. Someone help me. Discover also said that evn if i paid the balance in ful that it would not be removed from my credit report. I dont know what to do but I do know that this is illegal. I have contacted the - as well. Thank you for any help you can provide.
