Santander is not following - guidelines for - lien holders. I am currently in the process of doing a short sale. The first lien holder - - has approved our short sale and allotted Santander the required amount. Santander is dragging their feet not issuing an approval. The first lien holder will not stop the scheduled sheriff 's sale for Monday - - without Santander issuing an approval letter. We are doing the right thing following - guidelines for a short sale and Santander is not.
