I filed a complaint with you ( the CFPB ) and my Servicer ( BSI FINANCIAL, AKA ; Servis One Inc ) no longer talks to me. BSI are very rude and tell me that since I have complaint to consumer Financial bureau, I have to speak to their attorney. They will not give me any status update. I Sent them a RSPA request and they have completely ignored it and refused to comply. I filed for a modification and they are not giving me any status update. They are pushing a foreclosure on - -, 2015.
