I am enclosing the letter to the Attorney General 's Office. I am facing a hiring fraud and credit card fraud because Wells Fargo allows their accounts to reverse payments weeks after payment was received and spent again. I was paid through - Wells Fargo accounts and the funds were put into my credit cards, but they were taken away again ... leaving me with a massive debt. I went to the local Wells Fargo branch to see what could be done, but they would n't help because the I was not permitted to see the - accounts. I was scammed by - - - if that is her name - and - Systems - if that is truly the company name. I was told that I was hired as a buyer, but for the first few weeks I had to use my credit line to make purchases ... supposedly until the corporate credit card was ready for me. Payments were made to me in advance by following this procedure:1 ) Take a credit card with a balance and pay that off with - funds. 2 ) Ring up new charges on that card for - purchases to the amount
me $50000.00 in - purchases. Wells Fargo enabled this kind of fraud by allowing the payments to be reversed long after they were approved. This gave the scammers a few weeks to build up my confidence, and then to hit me hard with massive reversals, all the while taking the value of the purchases I had made for them. The - - accounts at Wells Fargo must be showing frequent payments and reversals, and the way banks monitor their accounts these days, they must have known that this was unusual behavior, possibly criminal. I need to be protected as an innocent victim from this massive fraud. I also need to know that this can not be done again. Please tell me what can be done.
