Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Pennsylvania
I 'm trying to get a refinance on my car loan. I 've had it for 2 years, and they wo n't lower the payment. They keep sending me threatening letters and wo n't help me. I need my vehicle and have been struggling with the high payment. I need to get in lowered.
