Other (phone, health club, etc.) Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt resulted from identity theft Pennsylvania
Ability Recovery Services has violated FDCPA by reporting a debt they could not validate to credit bureau 's. Ability Recovery Services is using a false instrument to collect a debt that does not contain my signature. I would also like to point out that the instrument they use is also a contract of an agreed - months which I have already have submitted proof of payments. They have also reported to - Status as of -/-/- - Unpaid : Date of 1st Delinquency -/-/- ''. I have enclosed 'FACT ' information to their 'Delinquency claim of -/-/- ' that it was paid the month prior and after -/-/-. Since I 've contacted Ability Recovery Services of their shady practice of submitting a false instrument to collect a debt they have ceased contact with me but the information still remains on my credit report. I 'm submitting FACTS:1. A contract that does not contain my hand writing signature2. Proof that I paid for services of the two months in the contract they submitted. 3. - Report containing delinquency they reported as of -/-/-, along with my proof of on time payments of -/-/-
