Ability Recovery Services is using a false instrument to collect a debt that does not contain my signature. I would also like to point out that the instrument they use is also a contract of an agreed - months which I have already have submitted proof of payments. After following up with phone calls and letter correspondence, i have yet to receive a reply. I am asking that this dept to be removed from my credit report immediately and for Ability Recovery Services to provide proof that the dept is removed.
