I pay my bills online every month. I authorized a payment on my auto loan to WELLS FARGO DEALER SERVICES on -/-/2015 which was paid. WFDS attempted to take a second payment on -/-/2015 which was returned and a $28.00 overdraft fee was charged to my account. I did NOT authorize this payment. I spoke with WFDS and my Credit Union about this situation. On -/-/2015 WFDS put through the second unauthorized payment which overdrew my account again and I was assessed another $28.00 fee. [ My checking account is with a different bank. ] I 'm on - and get paid once a month. Now I 'm short for the rest of the month and neither bank will help me!
