THIS IS A NEW COMPLAINT WITH NEW INFORMATION. In - Discover received a payment on a credit card ending -. They have not received any payments on this account since. They charged off the account in -. They may have statements showing I was an authorized user on the account. When they charged off the account they started to report the delinquent account to my credit report. When I asked them to prove I guaranteed the account they show statements showing I was an authorized user. When I ask them to remove it from my credit report they claim it is reporting correctly even though they have yet to send me proof the account was guaranteed by me. I have been a Texas resident since -. I can show my tax returns showing I have paid taxes as a Texas resident since -. If they do have documentation showing I guaranteed it, which they have yet to send me, this account was still out of the Texas statue of limitations in -. They still show a balance as being collectible against me on my - and - credit reports but put consumer disputes '' and claim that makes it correct.
