On -/-/2009 I was sued by CitiBank while I was going to - for college. I was working full time and going to to - full time, but I did not receive any indication that someone was attempt to collect a debt from me or notice that I would have funds that came out of my student loans for college would be sought for as damages. When I was going to pay for my next semester of - my student loans had been garnished from my bank account by CitiBank and I was forced to apply for additional student loans to continue school.
