Citibank Consumer loan department,

Title loan Charged fees or interest I didn't expect Michigan

We have a loan with One Main Financial and feel we have been misled in so many ways. They are using our vehicle even though it 's already being financed through a Credit Union. They never explained how much interest we would be paying over the life of the loan. We asked for help on a somewhat different matter and will not get a response either. They are very convincing to people in bad and desperate situations. So far, we have lost about $600.00 in fees and interest
