Citibank Consumer Loan can't contact lender September 20, 2016 - I have made multi call to Citifinanical to remove a Lien-holder from my vehicle. I have never taken a loan out on my car, they do not have anything in their computer base states that I have a loan with them! no record of anything except for my Vin #. The company have transfer me over to many department, finally the Lien department still no records on file, but they will not release my vehicle until I have evidence that it pay in full!. Citibank Consumer loan charged fees or interest i didn't expect September 10, 2015 - We have a loan with One Main Financial and feel we have been misled in so many ways. They are using our vehicle even though it 's already being financed through a Credit Union. They never explained how much interest we would be paying over the life of the loan. The larger amount includes interest for the full term of the loan 54 months. I contacted them and they said it is a requirement by law, i explained that this was hurting my credit.
