I responded and requested them to pay off - credit cards with - for a total of $3800.00. I submitted both requests in the mail. I was later informed that the offer expired sometime before they received my request or by the time they submitted it to -. But they made the payments on my behalf however the interest rate would be 21.26 % instead of 0 %. I called and asked if the offer had expired then why transfer funds without giving me the option of accepting the 21.26 % or rejecting... |

They are using our vehicle even though it 's already being financed through a Credit Union. They never explained how much interest we would be paying over the life of the loan. We asked for help on a somewhat different matter and will not get a response either. They are very convincing to people in bad and desperate situations. The larger amount includes interest for the full term of the loan 54 months. I contacted them and they said it is a requirement by law, i explained that this was hurting my credit.
