As part of a bankruptcy proceeding any American citizen is protected by Constitutional mandate. Bank of America has decided to follow a different course of action than any other creditor pertaining to my Chapter - discharge of creditors. As I have submitted, Bank of America followed through a due process on my initial dispute on the carrying of balances on discharged debts. Bank of America re-inserted balances on - ( - ) lines of credit since they initially placed balances at - from my initial dispute. Bank of America must file a release of any judgments filed against - - - immediately in the county of my jurisdiction, - County, New York. Bank of America must show a payment history of all late payments dating back from the inception of all accounts, and delete all accounts if a late payment occurred 84 months or greater based upon the 7-year rule mandated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Bank of America my - out all account balances immediately as part of the bankruptcy judicial process, since under Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ( FDIC ) Rule -, the debt discharged through bankruptcy was listed as a sub-standard debt, written off or charged off by legal statute, and applied on a - SEC quarterly filing on written off debt. Bank of America id Double Dipping '' by maintaining balances on - set of books, after applying all legal tax remedies through a - SEC filing for written off debts. Bank of America must delete all aspects of past accounts if the - month calculation is applicable, or the accounts will be considered re-aged, an FTC violation of Fair Credit Reporting Act protocol and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act processes on legal collection practices.
