September 18, 2015 - My home foreclosed in - of 2010 with BofA. BofA had my ex partner and I sign a $7200.00 promissory note. There were mistakes in it found after the foreclosure. They asked us to sign another promissory note. We declined. BofA never made any attempt to collect the debt for 4 years.
