I asked my lender B B & T how to eliminate my monthly PMI payments and I followed all of there instructions and after getting the runaround for over 3 months they keep changing there guidelines, now they said I had to contact - - which I did and they said I qualified for the reduction and I had to go thru my lender and now B B & T has come up with something totally different
