I have been trying to refinance a current loan with the same credit union, the process began on -/-/2015 and I am still trying to close ; I have responded to all requests in a timely manner - with the exception of a request for association condo insurance coverage, which finally got resolved. I feel that I am getting the run around and I do n't know why, I am now responsible for charges of over - dollars regardless if the loan is processed or not.
