I had a bill in collection from emergency room. I got a call from collection agency, I called them back right away and I was surprise I have medical bill at collection, it was some mistake in emergency room they did not charge my insurance or did not claim all tree bills to my insurence company. And I try to talk to people from agency and explain the situation that I already payed one medical bill and I need a time to call to emergency and my insurance company to found out what bill is it?
