My mortgage was recently transferred to Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing. I was given the phone number ( - ) -. When I try calling them, the greeting All calls will be recorded '' is played, then the call disconnects. This has been going on for several months. I 'm also unable to create an online account. I need to discuss this and other issues with them. I 've been making my payments via USPS - so I have proof of delivery, but this should not be necessary. It need the means to communicate with this company.
