Barclays Credit card department,
I have - credit card accounts with Barclay Bank : - Rewards and Juniper. On -/-/- I submitted a request for - balance transfers to my Juniper credit card in the amount of $390.00 and $1400.00 because I am supposed to have 0 % interest until -/-/-. However, the balance transfer was process with my - Rewards Account instead of the Juniper account. I believe this was done intentionally as my - Rewards account only has 0 % interest until -/-/-. I contacted customer services and requested they fix the issue and process the balance transfers with the Juniper account as previously requested, but they are claiming there is nothing they can do. This is FRAUD. I did not authorize those balance transfers to my - Rewards account. I do not understand how this is legal and okay. I am sick and tired of these banks trying to find ways of ripping of the consumers who keep them employed.
