When my bill came ... a portion was not paid because - do not cover -. I spoke to my DR about filing an appeal then I got a call from a Collector who was verbally abusive, threatening & denied having anyone in authority I could speak to. His name was -. I called Dr office and explained I would make $ -/mo payments on - each mo as I am on SS -. She took payment and I asked her to call company and tell them I made payment arrangements with them. She did and the next bill reflected the payment made. I called the - to make my pymt and she was not there ( this was today when I got my check ) and I left her a msg to call for pymt. After that I got my mail notifying me that they had turned me into credit bureau for lack of making pymt arrangments ( lie ) as the manager told me that because I made them with Dr and NOT THEM even though Dr office told them ... it was not good enough. I said well I will make my pymts and thru you BUT that has to be removed from my credit report as its a lie ... I had MADE PYMT arrangements and they had it on their records.
