I applied online for a refinance, and the GFE that was generated did not remain the same after I spoke with an agent the first time. On -/-/15, I paid the lock-in fee of $490.00 for which the agreement said I could rescind it if I did n't yet receive countersigned documents. I rescinded the agreement on -/-/15 because I became distrustful of the process and agent. Plus, I had n't received any documents. I was told on -/-/15 that the lock-in fee of $490.00 that I paid would be refunded to me. After sending a reminder email on -/-/15, I still have n't heard from any agent at Valley National Bankl
