Conventional adjustable mortgage (ARM) Settlement process and costs Delaware
We applied for a mortgage loan from JP Morgan Chase, and got approved and given a commitment letter. However, the underwriting asked for supporting documents a few at a time, and never reviewed timely. We were not able to close on the original agreed upon date of -/-/2015, and were delayed again to miss the second closing date of -/-/2015. When I try to contact their underwriting processors, they would not even pick up the phone, or reply to my email.
