Conventional adjustable mortgage (ARM) Credit decision / Underwriting Delaware
We are moving to NJ and buying a house. Original closing date was -/-/2015. We applied for a mortgage loan from JP Morgan Chase, but It is delayed by Chase mortgage underwriting for two weeks already. The mortgage officer make some errors in the application form, and underwriting has been veyr un-cooperative. They request documents a few at a time, and do n't review in time at all. Still not fully reviewed as of today, -/-/2015.
