FirstBank Bank account or service department,

I tried to open the checking account with 1st Bank aka https : //www.efirstbank.com which was offering me $200.00 for the new accounts after meeting certain conditions. I provided all the information and also the funding information ( from another account ) to fund this. Then i submit the application over internet. But next day i received the call that as per - report - i am denied opening a new account. I was asked to check with them ( - ). Why they are not letting me open the checking account at the fist place?
