Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low New Jersey
Chase bank continually back dates ACH transactions so that they can charge me overdraft fees. I make payments to come out the day that I get paid and they always backdate the payment to the day before I get paid. They then charge me $34.00 for each overdraft fee. They also continually put larger transactions through before smaller transactions so if I do get an overdraft that they can charge me $34.00 for each transaction evenn if its only $5.00. These are predatory practices. I have been suffering severe medical issues lately and they have also taken away my ability to make mobile deposits on my checking account. It is dificult for me to get to the bank to make a deposit there. I believe this is another attempt for them to maximize their overdraft fees.
