The letter did not give me my mini-miranda rights nor did their letter state they they were a debt collector. I disputed the debt in a letter dated - and requested that they conduct an investigation and to send me the results. On - I received another collection letter from them with out receiving results of the investigation of my dispute on the alleged debt. The collection letter attempted to collect $12000.00 and then it also stated to me : You personally are not required to pay any of the debts from the estate.
