July 8, 2015 - On - AscensionPoint Recovery Services, LLC. sent me a letter stating : Dear estate of ( my name ). The letter did not give me my mini-miranda rights nor did their letter state they they were a debt collector. I disputed the debt in a letter dated - and requested that they conduct an investigation and to send me the results. On - I received another collection letter from them with out receiving results of the investigation of my dispute on the alleged debt.
